AUTOMAIL Direct is an online system that allows you to create campaign templates for letters, newsletters and other communications.

Once templates are setup, regular mail cycles can be arranged and managed for contacting your customer base, for acquisition, retention or cross-selling purposes.

Documents are easily mail merged through this tool and your databases can be stored online for future use.

A pdf archive library of all documents mailed is kept online for reference and review should you need to revise them. A simple search function is available to find documents. Automail Pro and Direct Mail documents are stored separately.

	CREATIVE Automail offers template document design service to streamline and optimize your outgoing mail communications. Templates can be set up to incorporate your letterhead information and logos. You can choose to print your documents in either full-colour or in black and white. You can mail a single letter or multiple letters. When you print to Automail a pdf will be displayed on your screen to proof/accept the layout.
