Next steps after installation

1. Prepare your document(s) in your usual word processing or accounting software.
2. Print your document, but select “Automail” from the printer list, instead of your usual printer.
3. The Automail driver window opens, allowing you to preview and approve your letter(s) / documents before you send them.  At this point you can de-select any of the letters to stop them from being printed.
4. When you are ready to send your letter, press Send It Automail™.

How long does it take to set up?

The driver can be installed in a few minutes and you are ready to send as many letters as you want once you’ve uploaded credit. We estimate that the entire process from registration to successful sending of your first letter takes around 15 to 30 minutes.
